Welcome to Walaa Card on walaacard.com. These Terms of Use govern your use of our digital loyalty stamp-card app and services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Walaa Card.

1. Service Description

Walaa Card is a free digital stamp-card loyalty platform. Customers can join store programs, collect stamps, and redeem rewards. Merchants can create a store and loyalty program, manage staff, and scan customer QR codes. Store creation may be subject to admin approval.

2. Accounts and Registration

Sign-in is primarily through Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of information you provide. A phone number may be required to support store and staff features.

You must have authority to use the linked Google account and comply with the authentication provider’s terms.

3. User Roles

3.1 Customers

You use loyalty cards according to each store’s program rules. Stamps and rewards are managed by the participating business through authorized scanning.

3.2 Merchants and Staff

Merchants must provide accurate store and program information and handle customer data responsibly. Staff act only within permissions granted by the store owner.

Once a customer has joined a loyalty card design, the required stamp count and associated reward for that design may not be changed, to keep the program fair.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including without limitation: stamp or reward fraud, QR code tampering, impersonation, unauthorized access, harming the platform or other users, or automated data collection without permission.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Stores retain rights to content they upload (such as logos, images, and descriptions) and grant us a license to use it to operate and display the service. Walaa Card’s platform, software, and related marks remain ours or our licensors’.

6. Availability and Disclaimer

We aim to provide a reliable service, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Rewards and loyalty programs are the responsibility of participating businesses. Walaa Card is a technical intermediary and does not guarantee that any store will fulfill its rewards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or for operational or security reasons. You may stop using the service and delete your account using the options available in the app.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on walaacard.com or in the app. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
